Mr. Scot J. Cohen is Executive Chairman of the Company. Mr. Cohen has over 20 years of experience in institutional asset management, wealth management, and capital markets. Mr. Cohen is the Founder and Managing Partner of V3 Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on earlystage companies primarily in the consumer products industry. Prior to creating V3 Capital Partners, Mr. Cohen was the founder and principal of the Iroquois Capital Opportunity Fund, a closed end private equity fund focused on investments in North American oil and gas assets. He was also the cofounder of Iroquois Capital, a New York based hedge fund. In addition, he manages several operating and nonoperating partnerships, which actively invest in the energy sector. Prior to founding Iroquois Capital, Mr. Cohen founded a merchant bank based out of New York, which was one of the most active participants in structured investments in public companies in the United States over the four year period he was actively managing the business. Mr. Cohen began his career at Oppenheimer and Company in a sales capacity and transitioned from there to a boutique investmentbanking firm, where he spent two years. Scot currently sits on the board of directors of True Drinks Holding, Inc. and Wrap Technologies, Inc., as well as several private companies, and is involved a number of charitable ventures since 2013.
