From July 2003 to January 2007, Mr. Penske, Jr., served as our Executive Vice President East Operations and from January 2001 to July 2003 he served as our President MidAtlantic Region. Mr. Penske, Jr., serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Penske Corporationrationration, has served on the advisory committee of Penske Truck Leasing and is the son of our Chair and Chief Executive Officer.
