Mr. Joseph M. Schierhorn serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer of the company and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Northrim Bank . Mr. Schierhorn previously served as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, with Key Bank Alaska from 1988 until 1990. He joined the Bank in 1990 as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, was appointed Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan and Compliance Manager in 2000 and in 2001 was named an executive officer as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Manager of the Company and the Bank. He was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 2005 and Corporationrationrate Secretary in 2013. In 2013, Mr. Schierhorn was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Company and the Bank while continuing to serve as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Corporationrationrate Secretary of the Company and the Bank until May, 2014. In March of 2015, Mr. Schierhorn was promoted to President of the Bank and in January 2016, was named Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, and retained his title of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of the Company. In June of 2017, Mr. Schierhorn was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, while retaining his title of Chief Operating Officer. At the beginning of 2018, he was named Chairman of both the Company and the Bank Board of Directors while retaining his titles of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, and President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since 2017.
