Mr. Brian P. Halligan is the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Founder of HubSpot, Inc. He is founder of the company, has served as our chief executive officer and a member of our Board of Directors since 2005, and has served as chairman of our Board of Directors since March 2014. Mr. Halligan is also an author and a senior lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to founding HubSpot, Mr. Halligan served as venture partner at Longworth Ventures. From 2000 until 2004, he also worked as the vice president of sales of Groove Networks, which was later acquired by Microsoft. Mr. Halligan served on the board of directors of Fleetmatics Group, a global provider of fleet management solutions until its acquisition by Verizon Communications in November 2016 since 2021.
