Mr. Frank J. Schwitter is Independent Director of the company. He was a Partner with the investment firm, 1624 Capital LLC, since February 2013. Mr. Schwitter also served as an officer and director of a number of business organizations including the Foreign Policy Association, the Business Council for International Understanding, Council of the Americas, the Long Island Association of Business and the Huntington Chamber of Commerce. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Schwitter served on the Technical Standards Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and he remains a member of the AICPA. Mr. Schwitter is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. Additionally, Mr. Schwitter is a veteran of the United States Air Force. since 2006.

Heico Leadership Team
