David Pascual - Gestamp Automocion General Counsel

Mr. David Vazquez Pascual serves as General Director of Legal Affairs Corporationrationrate Governance, as well as Secretary of Gestamp Automocion, S.A. Previously he served as General Director of Legal Affairs, Tax and Corporationrationrate Governance of the Gestamp Group, and member of its Steering Committee. At Gestamp, he also was the General Manager of the North America Division in 2006 and 2007. He started his career in banking through different roles at Banesto Banking Corporation in New York and at Cajamadrid in Madrid. After that, he developed part of his career at the university. He was professor and coordinator of European Union affairs at the M.B.SUniversity of Houston, and subsequently became the Director of the MBA program at the same business school. Later, he held different managerial roles at the Antonio Nebrija University, such as La Berzosa Campus Principal or Director of the Social Sciences School. Simultaneously, he was professor in business disciplines at the same University and law professor at the Pontificia de Comillas University . He holds a degree in Law and a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI ICADE, Madrid. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from the M.B.S.University of Houston, Texas and a Master in European Union Law from the Pontificia de Comillas University, Madrid since 2016.
