Mr. Salvatore J. Zizza is an Independent Trustee of The Gabelli Dividend Income Trust, since 2003. Mr. Zizza is the President of a financial consulting firm. He also serves as Chairman to other companies involved in manufacturing, technology, and pharmaceuticals. He is the Chairman of the Funds Audit Committee and is the Funds designated Audit Committee Financial Expert . Mr. Zizza is a member of the Funds Nominating Committee, a member of the Funds ad hoc Proxy Voting Committee, and a member of both multifund ad hoc Compensation Committees.
