Mr. Marcus G. Michael is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of SPX FLOW, Inc. Prior to that, he served as President of SPX FLOW Food and Beverage and under his leadership the business significantly improved its customer relationships, market position and operational execution. He joined the Board of Directors of SPX FLOW, Inc. in January 2016. Previously, he was President of SPX Flow Technologys EMEA region and he also held senior positions at SPX Cooling Technologies as President of the global evaporative and dry cooling businesses. Prior to joining SPX Corporation in 2003, Mr. Michael held positions at General Electric and TDK Corporationrationration.
