Ms. Valerie A. Mosley serves as an Independent Trustee of Eaton Vance California Municipal Bond Fund. Ms. Mosley also served as Chief Investment Officer at PG Corbin Asset Management from 19901992 and worked in institutional corporate bond sales at Kidder Peabody from 19861990. Ms. Mosley is a Director of Dynex Capital, Inc., a mortgage REIT, and also serves as a trustee or board member of several major nonprofit organizations and endowments, including Mass Ventures, a quasipublic earlystage investment corporation active in Massachusetts, and the PublicPrivate Partnership Infrastructure Commission in Massachusetts, which reviews publicprivate partnership options to pay for large infrastructure projects. She is a member of the Risk Audit Committee of the United Auto Workers Retiree Medical Benefits Trust and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of New York State Common Retirement Fund. since 2014.
