From 1983 to 1987, Mr. Littlefair served in the Reagan Administration as a Staff Assistant to the President. Mr. Littlefair served as Chairman of NGV America, the leading U.S. advocacy group for natural gas vehicles, from March 1993 to March 2011. Mr. Littlefair has served on the board of directors of Hilltop Holdings Inc., a reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, since 2009 since 2001.
